Andy Middleton
Chief Executive Officer
Andy brings 30+ years of leadership across Tier 1 carriers, wholesale, and innovative operators. At MFS International he drove record sales before its $18B sale to Worldcom, becoming one of Europe’s youngest directors. He built the company’s first dedicated wholesale team and later led Alpha Telecom through its £64M exit to Tele2. Andy also ran global operations for Transact Group in the UK, Chile, and Hong Kong, combining strategic vision with proven board-level telecom expertise.
Nick Barter
Chief Revenue Officer
Nick began his career with the UK’s first number portability trial before leading BT’s cable TV sales. He built a European wholesale business generating $100M and later advanced mobile through MVNO/MVNE platforms for Vodafone and others. With deep regulatory expertise, he has worked with governments worldwide to modernize frameworks for IoT adoption. Nick has delivered IoT and smart city solutions across Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia, driving digital transformation on a global scale.
Chris Hills
Chief Operating Officer
Chris has 29 years of global telecom and board-level experience across Tier 1s, MVNOs, IoT, and eSIM. At Verizon, he led global wholesale strategy generating $500M+ revenues, before moving into mobile, delivering a £25M eSIM/IoT deal with PCCW and 3UK. He has served as CEO of AT&T’s largest APEX MVNE and of AOT, a telecom technology company. Chris combines expertise in finance, sales, and leadership with a proven record in telecom innovation.
Jonathan Easterman
Chief Technical Officer
Jonathan holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of California and brings over a decade of expertise in app development, blockchain, and distributed systems. He began his career as a product engineer at Amazon before moving into Silicon Valley start-ups, leading projects in AI, crypto, and decentralized platforms. Jonathan has designed EVM smart contracts securing $10B+ ETH, optimized NFT infrastructure, and built DeFi dashboards with 100k+ users, combining hands-on coding with technical vision.
